Chatterboxes (20/38)

The idea for this picture came from the ripped poster pieces we saw at the “Nouveau Reallissmo” show at the Palais Royal. There were plenty of ripped and mangled posters on the walls of the Frigos, so when I found a few I liked, I took a few of these types of photographs. Using the framing capacity of the camera, the way it marks of some particular space within itself, I was able to zoom in on some particularly part of displays; for instance the teeth here. Emotionally, it doesn’t really do anything for me, but the colors and the lines are very aggressive, yet balanced, so I find it very visually satisfying to look at.
