I like the balanced composition of this shot, the way the blue fades to white across the top, and feeling of the warm blues and greens at this hour of the night. The blurred cars give a sense of motion which contrasts with the idyllic aspect of the park at night. Nightfall has this double aspect to it: it’s both when people rest, and when people who work get to be who they want, when many people are hurrying to get done what they’ve wanted to do all day.
